董媛媛，副教授，1991年3月出生于甘肃省定西市。2014年6月毕业于烟台大学，获食品质量与安全学士学位；2021年2月毕业于忠南国立大学，获制药工程理学博士学位。2021年9月参加工作，现任烟台南山学院食品系专任教师。

主讲课程：

1.《有机化学》2.《食品贮藏与保鲜》3.《食品微生物学实验》。

主要研究方向：长效和靶向药物制剂研究与开发；天然药物在功能性化妆品中的作用机制研究

主持科研项目：

1.主持烟台南山学院博士科研基金项目“低分子量透明质酸的高产菌株优选构建及其发酵工艺优化NS2022B04”（2022）
